Most gyms and trainers have strict cancellation policies where you either make your appointment or lose your money. Not with Darek. He understands that life happens. All that is asked is 12 hours of notice OR rescheduling your session for another day in the week. Darek does his best to cater to your schedule and needs.

Traveling and still want to get a quick workout in? Darek has you covered. As part of your program, you can schedule a 30 minute video call workout that can be completed wherever you are (hotel, out of town gym, etc). Darek also has a catalog of In-Home workout videos that can be completed with minimal equipment if you're in the mood for additional training.

I've been thinking about this review for over a week now because I want to do Darek justice. Thanks to Darek, I'm in the best shape of my life. I work late hours and am always too tired to drive to the gym at the end of the day, so having Darek come to my home has been a life saver. He brings the equipment, demonstrates the exercises, and is always patient and encouraging. I've lost weight, gained strength, and (as a dancer when I was younger) have regained a lot of the flexibility I had lost. He's also great with helping me plan healthy meals and keeps me accountable when I'm lacking motivation. Highly recommend!

Sessions Canceled 24 Hours Prior To Appointment Will Result In A 50% Fee Unless Rescheduled For A Day Later In That Same Week. Sessions Canceled Less Than 12 Hours Before Appointment Will Result In A 100% Fee.
