What In-Home Training Works
Most Chicago professionals don’t have a “no time to train” problem. They have a “no consistency to train” problem. The boutique studio is a 25-minute commute. The big gym is crowded at every hour you can fit it in. The trainer at the big gym is bouncing between three clients on the open floor. By month four, you’ve stopped going.
In-home personal training removes every piece of that friction. I come to your loft, your condo, your building amenity gym, or your office — with all the equipment we need for a real workout. You save 60–90 minutes of commute and locker-room time per session. Every minute of our time goes toward your program, not toward sharing the squat rack with someone else.

What In-Home Training Looks Like
Step 1
Free 30 Minute Consult
Phone call or Zoom. You tell me your goals, your history, what’s worked and what hasn’t. I tell you exactly how I’d build your program. No sales pressure — if it’s not the right fit, I’ll tell you.
Step 2
Movement Assessment
Before we load weight, I assess how you move — ankle and hip mobility, shoulder positioning, core stability, and old injuries. This is what separates a real program from a generic workout.
Step 3
A Program Built For You
Whether your gym is a corner of your condo with a pair of dumbbells, your building’s full amenity floor, or an empty office on a Saturday morning, your program is designed around what you actually have access to. I bring bands, suspension trainers, kettlebells, and adjustable dumbbells when needed.
Step 4
Sessions On Your Schedule
Most clients train 2–3 times per week. Sessions run 45–60 minutes. I show up on time, every time, with the day’s plan ready to run.
Step 5
Progress Reviews Every 4-6 Weeks
We measure what matters — strength numbers, body composition, how clothes fit, energy, sleep, mood. Then we adjust. No guessing.
