Free 30 Minute Consult

We chat on the phone or on Zoom. You tell me your history, your schedule realities, and what success looks like over the next 6 months. I tell you exactly what your program will look like.

Step 2

Movement Assessment

Before we load anything, I assess how you move. We identify the tight hip, the cranky shoulder, the back that's been intermittent for a decade. The program respects what your body actually needs.

Step 3

A Program Built For Your Space and Week

Your gym might be a Restoration Hardware-furnished living room with a single kettlebell, a NEMA-level amenity floor with a full Hammer Strength setup, or somewhere in between. The program is built around what you actually have access to.

Step 4

Sessions On Your Schedule

Most Streeterville clients train 2–3 times per week, sessions 50–60 minutes. I'm on time, every time, with the day's session prepared. If your shift moves, we move with it.

Step 5

Progress Reviews Every 4-6 Weeks

Strength numbers, body composition, joint health, energy, sleep. We measure what matters, then adjust.

Sessions are $120 each. Most Streeterville clients train 2–3 times per week. Package discounts available — clients who book bulk packages of 12, 24, or 36 sessions save $10–$20 per session at the larger tiers. We'll talk through what fits your goals during the free consult.
