Step 1: Understand This — Abs Are Revealed, Not Built With Crunches
Your abs are already there.
What most people are missing isn’t ab exercises. It’s:

You can have strong abs buried under body fat. And you can do hundreds of sit-ups without ever seeing definition.
Visible abs come from a combination of:
