If you sit at a desk, car, or couch for long periods of time, or if you are pregnant or overweight, your hips can tighten and your mobility can decrease. You could also experience cramping, swelling, and pain in your hips, glutes, and lower back.
If this persists for too long, you can experience loss of range of motion, functionality, and even require a hip replacement.
To combat tight hips, I perform the 4 moves above every single night. In total, it takes about 10 minutes but saves me hours (and potentially years) of pain.
